Who are you and what is your professional experience?
I have been investing in the WSE market and in off-market projects for more than 15 years, in addition, I have also been active in the pharmaceutical industry for 15 years, where I managed projects in sales, distribution, and production departments. I have been dealing with the gaming industry for more than 5 years. I started by investing in various companies, and later actively participated in supervisory boards, where I supported the boards of such companies as Asmodev and Art Games Studio, among others, with my ideas. Privately, I love to take on new challenges, so I decided to move the experience I have gained over the years into success in an industry that has also become my passion – computer games and interactive entertainment.
What are you responsible for at Gaming Factory?
In your opinion, what potential does Gaming Factory have in the market?
Given the current structure of the company, the new strategy, and the team of talented enthusiasts, I think we can take up the proverbial gauntlet and compete in such a competitive market as the game dev sector. In addition, knowing the games that the studio is currently working on, I am almost certain that there will be a lot of buzz about us, and gamers will not be disappointed.
Which of Gaming Factory’s projects are closest to your heart?
It took me a long time to figure out how to answer this question because all of Gaming Factory’s projects are important to me and I take part in all of them. To answer this question, let me quote Michal Jodłowiec from Asmodev, who said at one of the meetings: ” When creating games, we need to provide our players with emotions and the opportunity to fulfill their dreams or fantasies”. And guided by this thought, I can confidently say that the two projects that are closest to my heart are Human Farm and a project that has yet to be announced, Human Farm is not only because it is a controversial game that evokes a ton of emotions among our community, but also because Michal Jodlowiec’s team has a unique style of narrative and storytelling. And thanks to this combination, I know that players will not be disappointed. The second yet unannounced game is important to me because with its mechanics and storyline, it will provide a good dose of excitement to players, and thanks to its location and story it will help make more than one dream come true.
What do you bet on when it comes to building an internal team and creating relationships with developers?
I bet on business awareness, a common goal, and good energy. I would like everyone in our teams to know where they currently are and where they are going. I also care a lot about good communication between teams and openness. It’s also important to me to react quickly to threats and be conscientious because I know that this is the key to success that we all care about.
What is your goal related to Gaming Factory for this year?
My goal is to prepare the company to confront such a dynamic market. In addition, I am focusing on fulfilling the strategy, especially in terms of the company’s key productions.
